Hello - I filed a fraud claim Tuesday the **nd. I was told by the rep I spoke with that the money would be put back in my account within ** hours. I called back this morning and was told *-** days. That's unacceptable. I have bills to pay. The lady escalated it to *-* days but with the holiday we are still looking at Tuesday or wednesday. I need that money back in my account TODAY. I cannot believe you would treat a ** year almost ** year customer this way. I am livid. I need my money. Somebody had my card and committed FRAUD and you are making me suffer the consequences? How would you feel if this was turned around and it was you? huh? think about that. I need a name and a number of a manager in the fraud dept. NOW please*Lisa Jones
