I never received a bill from BUs I When I did get a bill so had no idea what it was for since I had paid cash the last time so shopped there I immediately called Bus to find out what the bill was for. I was told it was my membership fee. The person I spoke to waived the late fees and I paid the bill. Why am I being penalized when I didn't get a bill?? What if I didn't want to renew my membership??? My husband and I have excellent credit and have never been late anywhere. I logged a dispute with Commenity Bank and it was denied. I want this bad mark removed from my credit report
