Called in a California Chicken Club for curbside pickup at *:**. Was told **-** mins. Received my order after waiting nearly ** mins outside from a very rude curbside pick up person. Came home to find out it was missing avocado, had lettuce, which I asked to be omitted, and was extremely soggy which confused me since I imagined it would’ve been fresh after having to wait. Called to have the order fixed at *:** after speaking to a manager. Drove all the way back to BJs only to have to wait another ** mins as my order had yet to be even started, finally receiving my order at *:**. In total, I waited * hour and ** mins for a single sandwich order and was given no apology, explanation, discount or refund. Extremely disappointed in the customer service, carryout staff, and the manager on shift.
