The issue in GetHuman-ndbmille's own words
I've come here before and didn't have any issues whatsoever. But today of all days on my daughters birthday we have been waiting over an hour after we've finished our meals (orders were placed at *:** pm) and have yet to receive our change from payment given at *:** or so. Please don't take this wrong. After a half hour of not being able to locate our server I asked another staff member to look into it. He returned saying that our server left because they didn't have change and had to run to the bank. I felt sorry for our server Daniel N due to it being his *rd day on the job. So I can see he was struggling and nervous so I told him just take it easy. (Btw- my daughter and her friends ordered deserts when we payed our bill and those haven't arrived yet either. This is the worse experience ever, nonetheless for me but for my daughter and her friends. We have places to be, kids to drop off to parents whom are waiting but we can't move because we haven't been brought our change. Upon speaking to the manager a heavy set Caucasian woman we were told that " she was so sorry". ( Mind you I paused for ** minutes to track her down. Current time is *:** and we've been done eating since *. I really thought a chain restaurant of this caliber would be more mindful of the currency kept at the establishment as well as that of the customers . Moving right along, the manager returned again saying that she would give us gift cards. On our way out as the manager handed us the gift cards she said that they've been actived. It's now close to * o'clock and I'm finally home so I decide to check the balance. And as you can see the attached photo. Needless to say that I will not return to that particular location again.
