I have an auto loan with BB&T. I sent info to change the bank automatic draft from BB&T.*I received notice from BB&T that this had been accomplished and would be effective *********. However my account with Pinnacle continues to be drafted for the monthly payment. I spoke with a local BB&T individual and confirmed the new bank information was on file. I then talked with a member of your loan team who took my payment by phone. She also took the info for the new bank and said it would be effective June ****. The purpose of this is to advise of the problem and to assure the correct info is on file and has been activated. The loan number is *****-****.
