I purchased avast breach guard and downloaded it. Attempting to install it I could not get past the step of accessing my avast account because the pass word I thought was correct was rejected. I am finding that trying to following instructions to change my pass word or getting assistance just ran me in circles. I am ** yeas old and doing the best I know how but get lost easily in all the labyrinth of instructions. ...and confused. If I cannot install this file which is paid for and cannot speak with a human being, what solutions do I have?
