I never received a credit to my credit card for this product that was supposedly cancelled prior to the free subscription period even though I was assured that the product was cancelled. Since there is no way to talk with a human, this problem is very difficult to resolve since this process is very archaic.

Get a credit for an inappropriate charge to my credit card. ... Back in August of this year, I took a trial period for one of your products which would be an active charge after September **th. I chose to cancel the trial product on September *th and first tried by signing on to Avast but had problems with my user ID and password. On September *th, I called Avast and was told that the product was cancelled. On September **th, I was notified that the product was now live and was charged to my credit card. So on September **th, I called again and was told that the product was cancelled and I should see a credit to remove the charge. Didn't happen! As yesterday, I received my statement with the charge on it.
This is especially frustrating because I can't talk to a human just a bunch of snippets of text that I'm not sure is going anywhere.
I want my credit for a package I never intended on using after the first few weeks of the trial period.
I have utilized Avast Free Antivirus software for a number of years and have recommended it to my friends.
No---can't see any other way to contact Avast to resolve.
