requesting refund for product as the last incoming message from Avast was "Oops-this is embarrassing." From that point on my computer stopped working. Online support from Avast failed to fix anything. Ultimately, I was no longer able to do ANYTHING with that computer and had to purchase a new computer. ... What is the status of Refund Request *********? **Refund requested on *******. **No response received to date.
This is especially frustrating because I have paid for this product which failed to reinstate my old computer, in spite of Avast online support of about one hour, leaving me with an unusable computer. I do not feel that I should have to pay for a product*service that I am not using.
Refunding the $**.** plus tax of $*.**.
I have been an Avast customer for four years.
Prior request for refund, but no response to date.
