The issue in GetHuman-danlafav's own words
I received an email for auto renewal, I went to the avast page which ended up being google play store, the associate told me that I would be able to get a **% discount only if I renewed today ( *********) , I was asked for my credit card information, which I gave the supposed representative , my tablet was upgraded to avast protection, but my computer was not. On ********* I received an email from Avast saying that my subscription was going to be canceled due to non payment . I paid $**.** USD for the protection which I have only gotten for a *.** plan for my tablet. What is going on with avast? Not to mention, when I opened my computer, everything was in Checkeslovakian , not english ? I contacted my credit card company and they did say that I had paid the $**.** as it was noted as a charge on my card.
