I received a notification on Saturday **rd May to say that it had landed in the US and would be delivered following customs clearance.**I expected it to take a while (based on past experience) but to be advised just over a month after posting that it had just arrived in the US is unacceptable. This parcel was a birthday present for my daughter (**th May) and the whole sentiment has been lost (as well as monies spent on postage, cards, etc.)**I realise Australia Post cannot be responsible for delays caused by US Customs but for it to have only just landed on US soil is not acceptable. The delivery time was estimated to be a week to ** days.**I am looking for a refund of the postage paid. I would be grateful if you could get back to me to advise on this situation.
