Dear Sir/Madam, I am 80 years old, and I frequently receive parcels from a clothing company. Despite my clear instructions for the parcels to be delivered to Unit 50 and my presence at home to receive them, the deliveries consistently end up at the Duncraig post office without attempting delivery to my address. I reside adjacent to the shopping center where the post office is located, and it is within walking distance, but the parcels are not being brought to me. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this ongoing issue. Thank you, Ms. S.

I have three parcels that have been delayed since August. Despite being in the country, the tracking information shows that they are being sent back and forth for delivery instead of reaching me. This is the fourth time we have raised a complaint about this issue. One of the parcels is a medical item from Singapore, the second parcel is a COVID cleaner from Queensland for our essential passenger vehicles, and the third parcel contains masks from New Zealand for the same vehicles. I would appreciate speaking with a customer service representative as the current system seems to be malfunctioning. My name is Rob Brewer and you can reach me at [redacted].

Today, I visited the Latrobe post office in Tasmania to send four cards and three small postpack gifts to my family in England. The total postal charge amounted to $87.40. I am perplexed by the high cost for what I perceive as limited service. Initially, I was told DVDs could be sent at letter rate, but I was informed otherwise today due to Covid-19. I feel this explanation is unsatisfactory, using the pandemic as an excuse. As a pensioner with limited resources, I struggle with the significant expense, especially during the holiday season. I wish to understand the breakdown of these charges and why sending three lightweight packages incurred such a high cost. My experience with Australia Post has left me feeling very disappointed.

An item with tracking number CC[redacted]58SE was handed to PostNord in Sweden on December 20th, intended for Austria, but mistakenly shipped to Australia due to an error. After raising an inquiry by telephone and being involuntarily disconnected, I updated the inquiry via the website, only to encounter a loop where I couldn't add further updates. I now seek to send an email to ensure the item, crucial to my wife, reaches its destination in Austria promptly. Please verify the update to my inquiry and assist in tracking the package. Thank you. Tom Lackner
PS: The item should be shipped to Jacqueline Gmachl at Bruehlerstrasse 106A/8, [redacted] Moedling, Austria.

Hello,
I am experiencing difficulties with my recent order. On January 11th, I made a purchase on Amazon. However, since January 22nd, the status shows "Item on hold" with the tracker link displaying "pending." I have provided all necessary delivery address details, including a valid address that can be found on Google Maps; yet the expected delivery date of February 4th has passed, and today is already February 12th. I am inquiring about the current location of my package (Tracker Link: [redacted]7) and reiterating the delivery address for your reference:
Recipient: A.M.
Silonstreet [redacted], Apartment 17, Floor 3
Eilat, [redacted]
Order Number (from Amazon): [redacted]-[redacted]
I kindly ask for an update on the delivery status and confirmation that the package will be delivered to the specified address.
Best regards,
H.

I reside at 54 Eley Rd, Burwood [redacted]. Recently, there have been new homes built further up the road, including another 54 Eley Rd, Burwood East, [redacted]. Unfortunately, a package I was expecting ended up at the Burwood East address. I was able to track it down since that's where Uber drivers usually drop off our guests. It would greatly benefit posties and couriers to be informed of this issue, especially at the Mt Waverley distribution centre where packages are sorted for delivery routes. The distinction between Burwood [redacted] and Burwood East [redacted] needs to be noted to prevent future delivery mishaps. Regards, Despina Porfyris.

I have two parcels on their way to me, and I recently received an email from Australia Post stating that the label on one of the parcels got damaged along with the sender's information. They are requesting $3 for handling fees to deliver it. The tracking number provided by Australia Post is [redacted]0, while the eBay tracking number is 33XJQ[redacted][redacted]5 which shows the parcel is in Welshpool and expected to arrive on Thursday, August 12. The email even included a photo of the item I ordered. Due to the prevalence of scams, I am suspicious of this request. I can share the email photos if needed. My name is Linda Perkins, and my address is [redacted] Culeenup Road, North Yunderup, WA [redacted].

I would like to address an issue regarding the postal delivery person who has recently been delivering mail to Highclere Street in Warragul. In the past week, the delivery person, driving a motor bicycle, has been speeding along our grass nature strip and those of our neighbors at 2 and 8 Highclere St. Upon reaching our post box, they abruptly stop, leaving unsightly tracks and displacing the grass. This behavior is concerning as it is a departure from the previous professional conduct we have experienced in the seven years we have resided at 6 Highclere Street. We take pride in maintaining the appearance of our property, and such careless actions are disruptive. I am willing to provide photos of the damage if necessary.
Sincerely,
Ross L.

Subject: Issue with Received Item from eBay Purchase
Hello,
I want to share that I received the item I purchased on eBay today, which was paid for using PayPal. I opted for additional insurance, totaling $[redacted], to cover the value of the item, valued at over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged with a puncture through two fragile silk screen panels.
I have images of the packaging pre- and post-opening for reference. I have been unsuccessful in contacting either AUSPOST or eBay. Based on Australian consumer laws, I believe I am entitled to return the item as it arrived damaged. The seller mentioned that sending the item back would void any claims, but I am seeking clarification on this policy from you.
Your website directs me to take the item to a designated post office for evaluation, which I find inconvenient. I am concerned about the outcome of the claim and my options if it is not accepted.
I am seeking confirmation that I can return the item to the seller for a full refund and request them to process the insurance claim.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
-Ronnie S.

I received an item at my address at 5:59 pm on December 13, and despite being home, the tracking states it wasn't delivered due to access issues. However, I find it suspicious that it was scanned at my address at 5:59 and then scanned just 1 minute later at Golden Square, which is quite a distance. It seems like the delivery person may have delayed the delivery intentionally. Our property doesn't have any obstacles preventing access, and the package was just a parcel post that could have been left. Previous deliveries were usually left at the front door, even though we live on a busy street. The tracking number for this delivery is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I suggest checking Google Maps to see the time it takes to travel from my address to the Golden Square mail centre.

Hello Team,
I sent a package to Lebanon on October 4, [redacted] with tracking number RR[redacted]62AU but it has not been received yet and is not showing up in the system. I am seeking your help to locate my package.
It is disappointing for a reputable company like yours to have such a delay in delivery, or at the very least, I should have been informed if the package could take months or even years to arrive at its destination.
Thank you.

Dear Sirs and Madams,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding a package I sent from Italy to Australia. The package, an international registered mail, can be tracked with the Italian number RC[redacted]38IT. The tracking information indicates that the package departed Italy on November 18th. Our local postal service informed us that the package has reached Australia but has been held there since. The contents are crucial legal documents that must arrive by February 22nd. I am seeking your assistance to resolve this matter promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Anna Diana

I sent an express post international letter to Pakistan and it still hasn't arrived. It's urgent because my mother needs it before her return flight in a week. I sent it on April 13th, with a 15 to 20-day delivery estimate. Unfortunately, I don't have the tracking receipt. The recipient's address is: Mr. Muhamamd Saleem, House number [redacted] Q, Block Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. My address is: Sania Ali, [redacted] Stumm Rd, Southside, QLD, [redacted], Australia. Can you please provide me with information on the letter's whereabouts?

I dispatched a package to my grandson in Adelaide on 7th April, [redacted]. The parcel sent by his mother to the same address on 8th April, [redacted] reached him successfully. However, my parcel was unexpectedly returned after a month. I was unaware of this return as I did not receive any notification. Only through tracking, I discovered its return to my local post office without any prior notice.
In an effort to ensure my grandson receives his gift, I recently resent the parcel to the exact address. Unfortunately, I have once again verified through tracking that it is being sent back, citing an incorrect address, despite the address being accurate on the package.
Over a month has passed since I first sent the Easter gift, and the repeated return of the parcel is causing undue delay and confusion. I urgently require clarification on the reason for the repeated returns and non-delivery despite the correct address being clearly indicated on the package.
Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Kay B.

I purchased a box of Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Sensitivity Control Cat Food Chicken with Rice online from Petbarn. Originally, the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, [redacted], which was then updated to Wednesday, June 22, [redacted]. As of now, it is still processing at the Melbourne facility. My cat can only eat this food due to bowel issues, and I am almost out. I am unable to get more money from State Trustees to purchase alternative food until Tuesday, June 28, [redacted]. I urgently need the Petbarn order by Thursday, June 23, [redacted]. My tracking number is 343XH[redacted][redacted]4. I have contacted AUSTRALIA POST and Petbarn, but the situation remains urgent.

On June 23rd, [redacted], I paid $65, which included $28 for a legal document to be sent overseas via express post with tracking. The document arrived the next day at Sydney Airport, where customs declined to forward it, instead sending it back to my address via regular mail. Today is June 30th, and I have yet to receive my document. I am frustrated since it was urgently needed overseas. Despite the $65 spent for express delivery, Australia Post returned it using regular mail. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes, unable to track my document. Sadly, I will not receive a refund for the undelivered document. I am out $65, waiting anxiously for my document, unable to track it as it was sent back to me via regular mail.

I have been waiting for a parcel for over two weeks, only to be informed by the Post Office that it's lost in transit. I got an email on Saturday, August 27, stating delivery that day, but it did not happen. On Monday, an email said it's at Dandenong South Depot for collection, weighs 11.2 kg. Despite having paid for door delivery due to being disabled, I cannot collect it physically. Despite three calls for delivery, there's been no response. Today, speaking with a Help and Support officer, I was told it's out of their delivery range. They mentioned delivering to a closer post office could take up to 10 days with an added fee. Frustrated about the situation and lack of proper service. Tracking number is X4B[redacted].

I recently checked my emails and found one claiming to be from Aus Post, stating they couldn't deliver a package due to no one being home to sign for it. Being disabled and always at home, I suspect it might be a scam. I had a bad experience before with my credit card being emptied, which made me extra cautious with phone calls, messages, and emails. It seems too soon for my expected Aus Post deliveries and the email appears to be from overseas. I didn't respond to the email and contacted Aus Post instead. Could this be a new email scam targeting me? I've received package notifications through text messages before, but this is the first time via email. Thank you.

Hello,
I am Miki Williams from Japan. I sent an international small package to Ms. Kaitlan Brain at 22/19 Robe St, St Kilda, Melbourne, Victoria, [redacted]. I do not have the tracking number generated upon arrival in Australia. The shipping number from Japan Post Office is CN[redacted]77JP. I would appreciate any assistance in locating the package.
Thank you,

I am encountering a problem with a delivery bound for Perth, Western Australia. The tracking information indicates it is en route to the customer with an estimated delivery time of 10 days via Australia Post. However, the receiver claims they haven't received the package, and the signature on delivery displays as undelivered. I visited the post office of origin at Somerton, Victoria, where the package was dispatched, and was informed that it is still there since the 7th of October [redacted]. When I contacted Australia Post, the automated system stated that the package is on its way without offering further assistance. Despite my clear return address on the parcel, it has not been sent back. I researched the address provided by the buyer and found discrepancies. Given Australia Post's current reliance on migrant workers, I believe they have a responsibility to either return the item promptly or compensate me for the full value of the lost goods. Their inquiry about insurance payment seems inadequate. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and I expect the delivery to reach its destination or be returned to me in the same condition as when it was received by Australia Post, undamaged.
