Me:Hi- I placed an order for three titles at the very beginning of May to use several of my outstanding credits. I just went to download the books so I could listen offline and noticed they aren’t showing up in my library in the mobile app. So I’ve gone online and now see that those books are sitting in my cart but we’re never put in my library after I made the purchase using my credits. I have the correct number of credits left so they were definitely deducted from my account, I just never received access to my purchased items. Please help resolve this.
