My issue is having to wait *- ***hrs in the morning for a tect then leaving for an appointment then comiing back and waiting another * hrs and still waiting. I accidently hit the record button on my tv remote. We do not have a recorder on our tv. I tried to stop the recording device but then I ended up with a snowing screen saying weak or no cable. all I want to have the tv screen back. I am still waiting for a tech to answer the phone. I know there is a pandemic but what does that have to do with getting help over the phone. The person who answered the phone tried to refresh my tv twice and that didn"t work. I have unplugged most all the connectiions and plugged them back in again and nothing has happened. We only have the one tv and I would sure like to have it working before evening. I am now waiting for a call back from a tech . Every month I pay for a service and I am not getting any service This is rediculous
