To Whom It May Concern,**I received your package yesterday morning and returned your package with your replacement phone late yesterday evening via USPS. I called and spoke to several people at Asurion both Sunday and Monday to tell them that our lost phone which was reported on Friday, ***** was found and returned to us on Sunday, *****. Please be on the lookout for the replacement phone which you sent me, which I returned yesterday. I assume that you will get it back sometimes Wednesday and*or Thursday. Once received, if you wouldn’t mind, if it isn’t too much trouble, please remove the hold on my old phone. **Now on that note, I find it inexcusable that you will not release the hold on my old phone which was returned to us until you get this replacement phone back. I find it inexcusable because you have my money as my credit card has been charged. As it stands now, I can’t use my old phone, I shipped back your replacement phone and you have my money…how is that right!!! Also, the people who I called and spoke with yesterday to explain my situation are incompetent and actually hung up on me. My apologies for getting short with them, but I don’t like dealing with people who seem clueless as to my dilemma. Also, no one called me back after the hang-up.
