Hello,*I recently had my screen repaired through Claim ID *********. My phone number for the line is *** *** **** with Verizon. Phone model is Samsung Galaxy S**.**The phone was working great for two days after the repair when today, I noticed a white line appear vertically on the screen. It's not a crack as its intermittently blinking*flashing. I believe that the display may be faulty.**I called ***-***-**** and was told to check if it was updated and my device is up to date. Then I was asked if I had another device to continue the call so we can troubleshoot my phone. Which I don't, so I was told about the online chat. I also asked if I was covered and was told that I am. Then I asked if I would be getting another screen repair and was informed that at this point a replacement would be a better solution. So here we are. Sorry for the long explanation. Please let me know what options I have available.
