Returning the call now a Manager by the name of Nancy I have calling since the **th of September and they refuse to connect me with her to solve my problem of my washer that I had * repairs. They schedule me for a *th repair for the same problem.*My extended warranty will finish in a week your company does not honey the lemon policy to exchange the defective washer they keep sending me repair people causing me to take off from work with no pay to patch it up. That is a bridge of contract and I like to talk to someone with authority to take care of this problem ASAP.
