My name is Brandy and I am not very satisfied by your customer service team. my mother filed a claim on September *th **** about a replacement request of my iPhone * that was stolen. last day of usage was June *th ****. the response that my mother received from your team, "denied because I did not file within ** days" but I have photos and emails of the claim request which in fact was within the **-day time. I am upset because it's $*,*** phone that I am still paying for each month even though I have not had the device since June. I would like a replacement sent to me before the end of the week because like I said I'm paying for it. I was very disappointed with the company by the response. She even filled out an affidavit and sent a copy of her driver's license to the company proving her identity because they requested. .
