Early in July, I contacted asurion and they sent me a box to ship my **” HP laptop computer. I waited several days before I sent it in, I still had things to do. I finally had to say goodbye to my computer, and packaged it up and sent it in. asurion seemed sufficiently prompt about sending it back, but the repair wasn’t nearly as stellar. The plastic covering on the DVD drive on the right side of the machine was still missing* not sure how anyone could not see that deficiency? Then within no more than * days , it stopped working, or at least it would not turn on. I have “Smart Friend Service” with HP, so I called them and they helped me as far as they could, but it was to no avail. Therefore I have repeatedly reached out to asurion, and that thus far has yielded the same results ... nada. I do not know my next step. I suppose I have either called the wrong number, or the person that answers the phone for. Qmaster
