I think Assurance Wireless is a joke their automated message machine only comes on after hours during hours when you try to call all it does is ring and ring and ring as in wait time they automatically hang up on you it's supposed to be a free service I have been using my phone and all of a sudden it tells me that the call or number that I'm trying to call is not allowed I need to call customer service and Technical Support to have my service plan changed no number can I call H and every number I dial says this number is not allowed Assurance Wireless needs to do something about their messaging and people answering the phone they need a better customer service or they're going to get sued I rate this service as a one star Assurance Wireless brought to you by Virgin Mobile but with a Sprint card in it what a joke
