Hi my name is Linda Witherspoon been a customer since the program start. Had no problems until now, sent back a phone that was having problems in getting hot when I will make phone call. Call to call center they sent me out a new phone which was Sepet**-October **-**** which they wanted the old phone back. I asked for them to send me the bubble evelope to send back this phone and the right to have more minutes *** which was suppose to stat in Oct-never happen and asked for the envelope which was mailed which I received on Nov *-**** which now my services has been suspended which the call center said they would lift because they did not properly enter that agreement on my account. Now all these call centers is not located in the United States and as customers of the program have no ideal that the people appoint to help with problems say they will and don't. I need my phone when I go out to contact my family if anything happens to them or me. I am asking that you the team look into my problem and turn my service on immedately . thank you--ps. Iam mailing the phone back today Nov.*-**** cannot wait *-** business days for service please help me.
