I bought a round trip tickets from New York to Seoul through Cheapoair on January **,**** . * *Departing date: Thu April **,****,Flight number ***, Aircraft: ***. Leave JFK - **:** am. Arrive. ICN - **:**am.**Return date: Sat. May **,****. Flight number ***, Aircraft : ***. Leave ICN -**:**am. Arrive JFK- **:**am.**This is the issue. Due to the Covid **, I cancelled my trip to Korea , and requested a refund to Cheapoair. I have not received a refund to this date yet. **In the mean time, I changed my mind. Instead of getting a refund, I would like to Request a Credit to Asiana Airlines so that I would be able to visit my family as soon as possible. **I would appreciate very much if you can follow up on this issue at your earliest convenience.
