Good morning! On ******* I ordered a living room set online, my order * is ************. It was delivered the end of April. I paid for premium delivery and received threshold delivery due to Covid **. I tried to contact Ashley’s furniture multiple times:****** Called x* I listened to music for sometime over then phone then is sent me to a survey both times, I never spoke with a representative. Then I went online to speak with a virtual assistant, left a message with nothing in return.****** No return message***** I spoke with someone who called to confirm I didn’t receive premium delivery with the Plattsburgh NY store. She said I was entitled to a $*** refund. For some reason she couldn’t credit my account and said it would take **-** hours to hear back from someone. I’ve heard nothing. ***** I spoke with someone again because I still didn’t receive my refund and was told the issue was going to get expedited, I’ve heard nothing. ****** I called and waited over the phone for a long time and finally I was able to leave a message, I’ve heard nothing.****** I called and listened to music for a long time, never spoke with anyone and it went to a survey. **While I realize what’s happening with the Civid ** pandemic, I feel like this is the worst costumer experience I’ve ever had. I just want a refund of the money that I was told by your employee that I’m entitled to.
