My elderly parents bought a new living room set at the Ashley in Tuscaloosa Alabama in September ****. There was a couple of confusions in the two deliveries. When the side tables arrived two were not made correctly. I called and filed a complaint and requested two new side tables. It was approved and told they would arrive soon and we would get a call for delivery. This never happened so I stepped in and started making calls. *-***-***-**** told us one table was already at the store and the other table was set to arrive at the Tuscaloosa store the very next day. I called the store to confirm. They agreed that my mom should get a call within a few days. No call. I proceeded with the delivery schedule number. They said now there were no tables. All on back order and mom would get a call soon. No call. My parents went to the store and was told the delivery people didn’t tell us the truth but they were going to get us two new tables. They were told now that the tables will be made in January ****. So in January I continued with my calls. The date had past. They said two tables should arrive at the Bessemer warehouse by the end of that week (I think this was still in January!!). Date past. No call. No tables. I started calling again. I was told several times within the week. Very soon. I never get a call back nor have we received new tables. I also hope the two new tables have better quality control than the first two. This is outrageous! The furniture has been pain in full before the end of December ****. Purchased by Millard Stewart September **th ****.
