We bought a furniture set consisting of two couches and a recliner for our newly finished basement in November of **** and it was delivered in March of ****. Back in January*February of ****, I noticed a slight rip in one of the couches and I had no idea how it got there, as nobody ever sits in that couch. I reached out to the store we bought it from in Eatontown, NJ and was told they would replace the cushion. After several followups and constantly being given the runaround, I finally found out today that the set has been discontinued and the part to replace the cushion isn't available. So almost a year later after first discovering the rip, which by the way has no grown to probably * times in size, I come to find out that there's nothing that can be done. Needless to say, I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated being that we spent over $*,*** on this set and have spent a lot more on other items over the years! Being that the set is now discontinued, we'd need to replace the entire set so I'm hoping there is something you can do to help me with this situation, otherwise I will be contacting my attorney.
