To whom it may concern,**I am extremely disappointed with your delivery service. I had an absolutely disappointing experience with your company. I was having the hardest time getting my furniture. I even cancelled * weekends worth of plans to be at home, only to be told at the last minute they could not add me to the delivery. I called your customer service many times ( I believe over * to * times) to only once get in touch with an agent that seemed to care. Ligia Robinson worked tirelessly to try and make this happen for me, she even called the distribution center directly (no one else offered that). She finally came up with a resolution that seemed like it was going to work out. During the week it is hard to take a delivery because my husband and I both work, and I work over an hour away from my home. Legia was able to work out with the delivery company that they would not deliver until after *pm. They told her they would put me as the last delivery of the day. This would be a stretch for me but I was going to make it happen. It had been almost a month since I ordered this and I just wanted to make it happen, so did Legia. **When I received a text to confirm the *:**pm to *:**pm delivery Ligia emailed me to say "I know it looks crazy but don't worry" she was going to watch my order and the delivery department told her they could do the *:**pm delivery. The day of the delivery, Oct **st, I received a text @**:**pm that the delivery was ** mins away. I called customer care to find out what was going on because I had been told many times that this was going to happen at *:**pm. The agent I spoke with did not seem to care and told me they absolutely could not do anything to get it delivered at the time I was promised. Legia was on another call so she could not help. The soonest I could get a delivery was the next weekend. NO EXCEPTIONS! Then the agent asked me what I wanted to do. By this time I was over the whole experience. I wanted the furniture so bad but I was not going to be treated like this anymore, so I cancelled. **I do not understand how you as a company feel this is how to conduct a business. I am highly disappointed. **All of this said I would like you to know what a great employee you have in Legia Robinson. She worked tirelessly to try to help me. She is a wonderful person and you need to recognize her for trying to go above and beyond her job to make costumers happy.
