Hello, I ordered a sectional and dining set back in July and it was delivered exactly * weeks ago. We ordered * side chairs, * head of table chairs and a bench with the dining set. The delivery was missing one head of the table chairs and the table leaf was damaged. We emailed photos of the leaf damage as instructed by a customer service rep and we have been calling every day, multiple times a day to inquire about the status of our missing chair. We keep getting the same response of... I don't know what is going on, I will check and call you right back. We have not been called back, never, not even once. We get the same sort of response in regard to the damaged piece being replaced as well. My patience is running thin as obviously nobody at our local store intends to do anything about this. I cant understand why it would be acceptable for a business to just never give me an item that I paid for. It is atrocious customer service and I have never been more dissatisfied with a store.
GetHuman-mellyawi did not yet indicate what Ashley Furniture should do to make this right.
