Spoke to Rebecca on your live chat line on *th June **** re my Argos voucher, she tried to speak to her manager for clarification but we were cut off. I telephoned back got through to Gill she promised a voucher would be sent out, as it has not arrived in todays post and my other voucher expires on **th June **** I will not be able to link both vouchers on the same spend. I would really prefer to speak to a manager. my calls by telephone and chat line lasted nearly * hours over the period *rd and *th June **** not what I would normally expect from Argos.
