We bought a cooker in December which stopped working a week ago. Customer service said that we need to get proof that the cooker is at fault and that it wasn't to do with how we fitted it(We didn't use an electrician to fit it to the wall as it already cane supplied with a cable). *We have paid for an electrician to come and he has found a fault with the cooker. *We have an email report from him plus photos.
