Not only have I lost the use of my Roku, I also blew * t.vs, in which theres no way that I can afford to buy these t.vs back....my **" t.v was only * years old......I'm in dire straights here.....idk what else to do.....I have no one to help me and as I said I'm having an operation on Oct **, and will be then-house ridden for a cpl months while I heal......please Roku do the right thing and replace my Roku and I'm hoping that my **" smart t.v will also be replaced.... The Roku box blew it (& blew my son's **" t.v as well. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO......I DON'T WANT TO PUT MY STORY AND EXPERIENCES ON SOCIAL MEDIA, BUT I WILL, IF THAT'S THE ROUTE I HAVE TO TAKE! *ROKU.....DO THE RIGHT THING PLEASE.* THANK YOU.*DARLEEN JOHNSON****-***-****

Well they considered it overheating, are going to replace the box but not my * t.v's it blew.
