We need some checks reissued**. Need to know who cashed the checks we already endorsed and forwarded **. I need a reliable callback **Have spoken to a rep who said she’d call back but never did*Issuing checks meant for labratoried to members to forward is confusing. *We have been working on this for a year. HELP
