To whom it may concern,* *I purchased a kit for my parents a couple years ago as a Christmas gift. My Dad sent in the swab and his computer crashed a couple days after he sent this in and along with the computer dying he was also advised to get a new email account. He had no way to retrieve any communications from his previous email. He never did activate an account with Ancestory.com. * *Today, my mom called and was told that you would simply sent them a new kit so they could start the process over. However, because I am the one that bough the kit she was told I had to call and request the replacement.* *I just hung up with someone at customer service and they said there is no record of my email. I don’t know why I would’ve included my email when I purchased the kit as it was not for me.* *With all of this being said* please check the following emails for any record of the kit.* * ******@***.com******@***.com******@***.com* *Also please check the name & mailing address: Joseph C Marx* **** S Bemis St* Littleton, CO ****** *Not sure what else to do, but I would greatly appreciate you honoring the gracious resolution of mailing a new kit to my parents. The above mailing address and name is the correct location to send the new kit.* *Thank you,
