The issue in GetHuman1002056's own words
My original account was under email for *****@***.com. I had not used that account for quite a few years and totally forgot about it. Around **** I had retired and decided to do some genealogy research. When I went to sign in today, I couldn't because my email address was wrong. That account was *****@***.com and had been hacked a few years back, so I had to dump it. A screen from Ancestry popped up with three options on it so I went back to the original "prmireland" account and signed up for monthly membership. The last time I had been working on my family tree was around **** and had done a lot of work on it. It had both the Roche Family Tree and the Moran Family Tree on it. When I opened the account, today it was only the Roche tree so all of the information I had gathered more recently (**** -*** *) was missing. Then I realized it could still be in the account under second password. Is there some way you can check and put the info in all my accounts in one place.
GetHuman1002056 did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
