On *********, I placed a service call to check my electrical & door bell, I was assigned a contractor Ryco electric co, to which I was contacted to setup a time to come out to my home. Ryco setup a Saturday appointment, then I then received a call back, from Ryco stating they were no longer doing Saturday appointments, so they suggested their time frame for during the week, which I discussed that my tenant works during the week, and wouldn’t be available due to her working, the time frame wouldn’t work, so Ryco suggested I contact AHS, to tell them we couldn’t come an agreement. I contacted AHS to assign me another co, I’ve yet to be assigned another co, I’ve had service call to check my furnace, water heater, with no problem which was completed on ****, so I called back to AHS this morning to inquire about my other service request. I was told that there isn’t another co, to do the work so if I can’t use Ryco I won’t be getting the service, from my warranty to which I’m paying every month for coverage. I have never ever received such poor customer service with any co, Ryco stated to me that AHS can’t get this issue resolved because they don’t have another co that’s licensed and bonded to do the work, I guess they were right, this is terrible service and unacceptable.*Angela Sullivan
