I was not satisfied with the service I received from the service company that came to fix my Hot Water Heater. All he did upon his arrival was to take a picture of my water heater and call it in. He said he did not have a "coupler"with him, which would probably fix my problem as my water heater was not leaking. He then said that he would order me a new water heater ( which would cost me over $ ***.** for upgrades to replace mine). I then had it fixed by someone else by replacing the "coupler". I Paid my $ ***.** deductible by AMEX Credit Card to AHS The lady I talked to, after waiting almost * hours said she could authorize a $ **.** refund. This was on June **th, I think.
