Unfinished status on service for washer. *"Shield" is the right word for AHS, with emphasis on Shield Against Customers. Unable to get through to them on their multiple *** numbers (hold times up to ** minutes - hung up)* unable to follow up with service person at American Appliance (whose previous service inadequacies I elevated to AHS Exec Offices, but unable to get thru to that phone line now either - requires "representative's extension"). AA doesn't not answer phone nor have a recording.*AHS must be paying some tech really well to insure that no one can Chat, Contact, Call. When I attempt to do any of these, already logged in to my account, message says "log in to your account?) As soon as I get this resolved, I am cancelling, probably by snail mail, as there also seems to be no feature to delete my current credit card, just to enter a new one! *Long time member totally fed up with these people.
GetHuman-globalka did not yet indicate what American Home Shield should do to make this right.
