Contacted Am. Shield concerning billing problem on ****. Talked with-one of your reps with-no help and then supposedly with the supervisor-who identified herself as JENA. She-told me she would file for a waiver-on the charge and-would call me back-on Monday **** . I asked if I could have her number so I COULD CALL-HER BACK ON MONDAY if I did not receive call BACK FROM-HER on Monday but was not given a direct. number for call back. She assured me that I would hear directly from her on MONDAY. Today is WEDNESDAY afternoon and still no call back but I received another email showing "URGENT PAST DUE" for the questionable charge. i would appreciate-a notification by return email of the charge waiver and*or the promised returned returned phone call (***) ***-****. Your co-operation would be greatly appreciated since the hold time. of my-earlier call was approximately fourth minutes.*If customer satisfaction is your-goal then please follow through on this since follow through definitely was definitely not done when I talked with two different (associate rep and supposedly supervisor) on ****.*Syble Roberson, Contract number *********, covered address. *** Taylor George, Longvnew TX*EMAIL *****@***.com*(***)***-****
