Help with my American Home Shield issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get American Home Shield help.
The issue in GetHuman-mganica's own words
June ****, I called for service for my a*c unit. Their estimated date for service was *-* days (because of holiday weekend). It was very hot so i was forced to find another company. They came out immediately and fixed the problem. I paid out of pocket.*Their contractor called me at *:**pm on friday evening and left me a voicemail. I didn't talk with them or return call because my unit was already repaired by local company. *I keep receiving deliquent service bills from AHS for $**. They didn't even service my unit. I've spent hours and spoke with several AHS employees and still no resolution. *They said they would fix and let me know that it's resolved. Aug **nd, Still not resolved. They're utterly disorginized and horrible to deal with. Big waste of my valuable time.*I want them to correct this serious issue by not billing me for a service that was never provided
