I am writing this email to see who can help me take care of an issue we are having with the company you sent out to service our ac. We put in a notice on June *th for issue to be taken care of. On June **th, we had a service tech from total air car come out to check out ac unit because our upstairs condo ac was dripping on the condo below us. It took a week and a half for a service tech to even come out to begin with after our June *th request. Once serviced, it was determined we needed a new drain pan. We were told we had to get approval from ahs to see if it was covered. On Wednesday, June **th, ahs approved the repair. Since then we have gone through the run around with total air care about getting the part purchased and our approval for the additional charges which we gave them on Friday June **nd. We called on June **th to see what was going on and they said they were still waiting on our approval which we gave them on the **nd so we approved it again. We called on June **th and again they stated they needed our approval. Every time we have called total air care they always tell us they will call us back and we have yet to hear from them and we are only able to get ahold of receptionists who tell us they have to send an email to get us someone to contact us. We have called a half dozen times requesting to the receptionist to have someone from their company call us back and no one from total air care has yet to call us back. We have tenants at this residency who are now threatening us that they are moving out because they are sick of living in a home in Florida that is without ac. We had to spend even more money out of pocket to purchase them window units because we felt so bad for how long this has taken. To say we are upset is an understatement. There is no excuse that it has taken this long for us to have our drip tray replaced. We were told we had to cut into the drywall and we had that completed weeks ago. We need this issue taken care of immediately. Our whole vacation was spent calling total air care and American home shield to get this repair resolved. I understand we have to go through a process to get these things approved, but a month is ridiculous. Please get back with me ASAP. I can be reached at ***-***-****.
