I'm very upset with American Express that I even cancelled my card. American Express lost a great customer and it will never ever have my business ever again. I had a **,*** credit limit and limited to *,***. That is very insulting and disrespectful. It is ridiculously the way you conduct business. I've never had an issue with this card, used and paid it off numerous times which I now regret giving you my business. I didn't even had a balance when you decided to make a senseless decision. In retrospect, I thank you for this because I don't want to conduct business like this. Thank you for making a very dumb desicion and affecteing my credit. Obviously, you don't care about your customers. I'm very greatful that I paid off my balance from my other credit card because if not because of you guys a very important part of me which I care about is my credit. I hope you don't treat your other customers so careless and disrespectful. Thank you for realizing the type of company you are. Maggie Bustillo
