Hate this **** card! Can't reach a live human at the customer service number, doesn't give option. You keep adding extra holds on my card from a transaction from ******* yet the hotel states, AND my transactions show that both were returned along with a receipt from the hotel. My credit was returned on ******* but Amex put an additional hold on my card that is STILL pending on *******. FOR WHAT? If I didn't even use the card that day! People need their money, this is ridiculous. Amex also put an additional hold of $** more when I used the card to check into a hotel which the hotel confirmed was not on their end. Like, do you ever think for a second that a customer may be in an emergency situation so the extra amount that you choose to take off the card, could just put that person in a f***** up situation.
GetHuman-sexysone did not yet indicate what American Express Serve should do to make this right.
