Purchase * bottles of Senilife XL at the price found elsewhere, according to their PUBLISHED price match guarantee. ... My Name is Katrina Rodriguez. My birth date is **********, the last four of my SSN are ****. I ordered two bottles of a product for dogs called Senilife Xl from an online pharmacy called Heartland Veterinary. The total was $***.** and the transaction ID was Transaction ID: HQOYDK*TJ*. Their price was AWFULLY HIGH for the Senilife XL, but I also ordered Omega * capsules that were reasonable and I wanted free shipping so i ordered the Senilife too. I ONLY ordered because they claim, on their site, to price match ANY competitor. They wrote me back to say NO, they only match with pharmacies. It says NOWHERE on the site that it must be a pharmacy. ANY competitor is CLEARLY STATED. I consider this to be fraudulent charging and unethical business practices. I asked them to cancel and refund. Almost immediately my order status changed to shipped and they conveniently told me then that it was too late, In an email, they refused to price match or refund, then told me I could send the bottles back AT MY COST and pay a **% restocking fee!!! They take at least a day to reply to emails and then they are short, not polite. Why ship it when I clearly did not want to pay their $**.** per bottle? LEt me be concise: I did NOT authorize the charges WITHOUT the price match!!! I did NOT authorize the shipment without the price match!!! I am disputing the difference between their charges for the two bottles of Senilife XL and the pharmacy (per their requirements ... though NOT stated on their site) which I found (https:**vetapprovedrx.pharmacy*) to price match @ $**.** per bottle, for a total of $** disputed. From the reviews I read on yelp.com, nobody ever sees a refund. Virtually all negative reviews.
They should price match with ANY competitor or change the wording on their site. They should NEVER ship an item that was NOT authorized at the original price, but instead, ONLY after they have alerted the customer that it must be a pharmacy or alerted the customer what the actual price will be.
I want my money back, per the price match guarantee, but no more than I am entitled to, which is the $** difference between the pharmacy I price matched with and Heartland's price.
I paid immediately.
MULTIPLE EMAILS .... to no avail.
