Good Morning,*I am requesting a refund on itinerary **************. I was forced to cancel a college recruiting trip for my high school son at the last minute. His high school teachers knew he had a planned trip to Western Oregon University, and were notified last night, that if my son was not at school on Monday (final exam day), a few of his teachers would not allow him to make-up the final exam on another day. The exam is **% of his grade, which means that if he did not take the final exams in his class, he would fail his classes. Since our flight to return home was scheduled for Monday, I called to see if we could change our flight to come home on Sunday, but was told we could not change the flight or get a refund because it was no a medical issue. The reason we had to cancel was completely out of our control and ask that you please reconsider issuing us refund on the flight. We told the truth and could have easily lied about being sick, etc. but feel we are being discriminated against for something was completely out of our control. **Please review and let me know how this can be resolved. **Thank you for your time.**Cathy Limongello****-***-****
