My husband and I flew to New Orleans on April **th with American Airlines. We bought the flight * months before. We were supossed to flight back to Miami on Sunday **th, at **:** am. But they changed our flight to *:** am. I called to ask for a different flight back as this was so early! but they said there is no other flight back to Miami unless we wanted to go via Charlotte, arriving into Miami at *:**pm. So We decided to take the *:** am flight...*On Sunday **th, we leave our Airbnb room at *:** am to catch the *:** flight. When we arrived to the airport, surprise! the flight was delayed until **:** am.!!! So we decided to come back to our Airbnb. But it was not possible to enter again. So we lost one night at the Airbnb plus we had to paid for * extra uber!!!*You are no serious at all. You first changed our flight and then you cancelled that flight!!. I guess because the *:** am one it wasn’t full??*And if that wasn’t enough, when we were boarding, they ask us to check our hand luggage in because there were no space at the cabin. It wasn’t true, there were plenty of space! And we had to spent another hour to wait for the luggage in Miami!! *I am so upset! I want you to give my one night Airbnb an * extra uber money back!!*You ruined our weekend!!
