I was on flight **** from San Antonio to Philadelphia, on Sunday, June **. Due to mechanical issues, the plane was delayed for several hours. My friend and I ended up spending ** hours at the airport waiting for our flight. We had to reschedule our connecting flight from Philly to Manchester, NH * times. Even then, we were stranded in Philly overnight, arriving there at approx *:** am. We were told we would be able to get a voucher for a hotel room once we got to Philly. When we arrived, all the vouchers had been given out. We were given a number to call for a room and reimbursement. Affter spending ** minutes on the phone, I still could not get through. The woman at the gate said to get a room at the airport Marriott and get reimbursed later. Well now I've emailed * times with no response. I'm an advantage member and I can't get a respons, reimbursement or anything else it seems. I would like reimbursement for my hotel, and I don't think it would be too much to ask for a free trip voucher for my friend and I. Please get in touch with me ASAP!
