I made a claim in respect of compensation for a cancelled flight under booking reference NHTYBF. American Airlines agreed to pay compensation as per Susie Potter (Customer relations AA) your ref* ***********.*I submitted the compensation claim for to AA on **.*.** advising you of my bank details and that I wished to receive *** euros to my named account. I have tried to call AA to chase the matter up, but cannot ever get through to speak to a real person. I have NOT received any compensation from you and I wish you to sort out this matter as a matter of urgency. thank you,
