I am experiencing difficulty logging in because my account under Carol A. Wall's name seems to be missing, even though my email ([redacted]) is correct. Despite not finding an account in my name, Amazon has been deducting around $[redacted].00 from my checking account since February 22, [redacted]. I request a full refund for the $[redacted].00 withdrawn improperly or the closure of the account. There seems to be an error as another name is associated with my account now, and I have never used my Amazon account for bill payments. It is crucial to rectify this situation promptly, or legal action may be pursued as a result of this apparent mistake.

I need to report an issue regarding the misuse of promo codes by sellers on Amazon. It is frustrating that they create and advertise promo codes only to cancel orders afterward due to lack of stock. This has happened to me six times already, and it's discouraging. I believe Amazon should consider not allowing sellers to cancel orders for promo items once the code has been applied during checkout. It defeats the purpose of offering promo codes if sellers can just cancel orders at their convenience. Some sellers are even resorting to closing their Amazon accounts to evade accountability. Implementing stricter rules for promo code usage would benefit both buyers and Amazon. Thank you.

I recently ordered [redacted] Greenies Teenies dog treats for $36.52, and I also received an unordered package of 42 treats costing $15.29. I had previously tried to cancel a subscription for the 42 treats but it was not processed. After contacting customer service, they mentioned I would be credited for the treats I did not want to return, and my account was mistakenly credited $36.52 instead of $15.29. I have not opened the package of 42 treats and I plan to return it to Amazon. I need assistance with a returned printer issue. My husband mistakenly shipped it back to the sender address without using the return label and paid for express 1-day shipping. I only learned about this after it was already done, which is frustrating as I work in shipping myself. The seller couldn't help, so they advised reaching out to Amazon. I'll provide the post office receipt for the return. I hope to track down the printer and send it to the correct address to ensure I still receive a replacement. However, I am currently facing a serious issue that has not been resolved despite multiple attempts. Rather than calling for the sixth time, I am outlining the problem via email along with evidence. My husband and I registered for a wedding on Amazon, and when one of the gifts, the "ironck L shaped desk," turned out to be too large for our home, we initiated a return. Unfortunately, the seller did not respond to our refund request. After contacting Amazon multiple times, they promised a refund via email but failed to deliver. Subsequent promises and emails from Amazon have led to nothing but further delays and disappointment. I have endured countless hours on the phone with customer service, only to face continuous delays and unfulfilled promises. If this issue is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will not hesitate to seek legal action based on the evidence of deception and neglect on Amazon's part. I have been an Amazon Prime member for many years and have had great experiences with my purchases, including Whole Foods delivery. As a musician, I bought two digital instruments from Amazon in February and March of [redacted]. I was thrilled to start playing the Yamaha YDS-[redacted] and eventually explored the Roland Aerophone (order number [redacted]-[redacted]). Unfortunately, I discovered a defect after the 30-day return window had passed. After contacting Roland, I sent the unit to an authorized service center in March or April. It has been 9 months, and Roland still hasn't been able to obtain the necessary parts for the repair. Amazon offered a partial refund, but I don't think it's fair for me to incur a loss due to a defect that Roland provided. I am requesting that Amazon accept the unit for an exchange and handle the defect issue with Roland directly. I believe Amazon would be better equipped to resolve this matter with Roland. I purchased a pair of boots that were supposed to arrive at the beginning of the week. However, I received a message saying they were delayed and that I had until yesterday, October 22, [redacted], for the delivery. The system also stated that if I didn't receive them by the 22nd, the next day I could request a refund. Today, October 23, [redacted], since the boots were never delivered, I tried to access the option for a refund but was informed that a delivery attempt was made today, claiming no one was home. My mother never leaves the house, so that excuse is false. USPS never attempted to deliver the boots. Amazon's website no longer allows me to request a refund, and I don't have the product I paid for. I am demanding my money back as the package did not arrive on time as promised by Amazon, and their instructions were clear to request a refund if it didn't arrive. Additionally, according to the system, the boots are in an unknown location for me to collect. I also read that the protocol requires three consecutive delivery attempts before holding the package. I have arranged special instructions for my packages to be left at my back door instead of the front door. Since moving to this address on October 11, [redacted], I have received 11 different items, none of which were left at the back door as requested. This brings me to my recent issue. About four years ago, I easily found a customer service number through Google and had a positive experience resolving an issue with a helpful representative. However, my recent attempts to contact customer service through the app have been unsuccessful. I feel frustrated by the lack of support and misleading instructions provided. It seems like Amazon no longer values customer satisfaction. I am considering returning to shopping in physical stores so I can accurately gauge the size of items before purchasing.

I recently used a plant identification app on my iPhone to identify a flowering plant. The plant turned out to be from the Biden Aura genus of the Aster family. What frustrates me is that while showing this to my grandchild, a pop-up ad from Amazon appeared at the bottom of the description displaying an offensive item related to the term "F*** Biden." I understand the connection to the Biden plant genus, but I do not comprehend why such explicit content was featured. It is concerning that even while looking up something as innocent as a flower, inappropriate material can appear, especially in front of my 9-year-old grandchild. While I respect free speech, Amazon has the capability to be selective about the content of its pop-up ads. Amazon should reconsider the content it chooses to feature.

I received a partial package from Amazon. On October 22, [redacted], I ordered two products. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived on October 25, [redacted], the package was incomplete. Inside, I found folded paper, invoices for both products, and only one of the items - the Anti Rusting Solution. The smartwatch I ordered was missing. I had made the payment at the time of ordering. I placed separate orders for 19 formal/business-style dresses and 6 pairs of shoes for my son's wedding in October. After returning all except one dress and all the shoes, I observed that only 7 dresses were refunded, not the total of 18 dresses. The shoe refunds were accurate, but there seems to be an error with the dress refunds, especially for the Adrianna Papell Women's Ling Beaded Dress in Silver/Pewter. After contacting them again, they claimed not to have received the cameras and sent two more. The second representative mentioned they attempted to stop the delivery but couldn't. I have been noticing an unauthorized charge of $13.88 on my bank account for the past couple of months. Despite multiple calls to customer service and spending several hours on the phone, it was discovered that someone had been using my card to pay for their Prime Account. After canceling the card with my bank and closing it on Amazon, I was shocked to see the same charge this month. Once again, after hours on the phone with customer service, I found out it was the same issue recurring. The individual's last name was disclosed to me, and a letter was reportedly sent to them warning to use a different card or risk their Prime account closure. The charge was eventually corrected, but I find it frustrating to have to repeatedly deal with such a situation. I believe that when Amazon identifies fraudulent activity, the account should be suspended until a legitimate payment method is provided. I am requesting the removal of my card from the individual's account to prevent further unauthorized charges. I appreciate prompt action on this matter.

I would like to give a 5-star commendation to a driver who went above and beyond to deliver a package to me in the pouring rain. I am Wally U., an 85-year-old resident of 8 Kingman Terrace in Yonkers, New York. This morning at 10:15, the driver was delivering to me when the number 8 fell off my address. He rang the bell, making sure he had the correct house, and unfortunately, due to my age, I couldn't thank him properly as I couldn't find my key to open the door. I have worked as a manager for A&P supermarkets for 50 years, and people like this gentleman are rare. Amazon is fortunate to have him represent their company, and I hope they can recognize his exceptional efforts. He truly is a silent salesman for Amazon, and his service differed from other Amazon drivers, as he placed the package between my screen door and house door, which was greatly appreciated, especially in the bad weather conditions.
