Hi, I recently placed an order and noticed that I was charged for "Amazon Prime" without requesting the service. I need a refund for this charge as I did not intend to sign up for it. The main issue is that the product I actually want to purchase is currently on hold pending verification of my payment method. I returned the item with Order # [redacted]-[redacted] to Whole Foods three weeks ago. Despite contacting Amazon Support three times and being promised a review within 48 hours, I have not received any updates. I strongly believe there might have been an error at Whole Foods as I did not receive an email confirmation for the return. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue after numerous successful returns in the past. I have patiently waited, but the lack of progress is frustrating. I no longer have the mouse and just need the refund processed. I hope to continue shopping on Amazon without further complications.

I recently tried to return an item purchased from a third-party seller named COTTONBELL on your platform. The return process involved printing a USPS label, but I encountered issues generating it on the website. Further investigation revealed a $1.00 fee for a label and a $3.00 restocking fee for a $17.95 jacket. Despite contacting customer service, I faced challenges as the representative struggled to assist me. Following this, I experienced difficulty accessing my Amazon account due to a password issue supposedly sent by you. As a result, I couldn't print the new return label provided. This frustrating experience has been ongoing since July 25th. As a loyal Prime member, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate resolution to regain access to my account.

I purchased a walker with order number #[redacted]-[redacted] on 07/21/21. Shortly after buying it, my doctor informed me that I had selected the wrong item. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but the seller informed me that the item had already been shipped out the next day on 07/22/21. Upon receiving the item on 07/28/21, I refrained from unpacking it as I intended to return it to the Amazon Return Center located in San Francisco (within Kohl's store). However, I am unable to obtain the return label necessary for scanning at the return center. Despite multiple attempts, I consistently receive a message stating that the item is not eligible for return. Yesterday, on 07/28/21, the seller contacted me to offer a full refund upon the item's return. Regrettably, I am still experiencing difficulties obtaining the return label. The seller mentioned that the deadline for the return is 08/07/21. I appreciate any assistance in obtaining the necessary label. Regards, M.V.

I recently received an automated email regarding my Amazon account being placed on hold due to unusual payment activity. Since I used my gift card balance for the order, I'm concerned about not being able to access my account or receive my order on time. The email states that if my payment information isn't confirmed within 72 hours, my pending orders will be canceled. I need to provide the required information to regain access to my account. Waiting for a response within 24 hours before my orders are affected. Hoping to resolve this soon.

I recently ordered five American Fighter shirts, but I have only received two out of the five. The tracking information shows that the other three have been delivered, but I have not received them. I contacted customer service yesterday with this issue, but it has not been resolved. I value the products I ordered and would prefer to receive the missing shirts rather than a refund. I purchased the FLAMIZ HD Vision glasses on Amazon for $49. However, due to size issues and scratches on both lenses, I initiated a return and refund request. Unfortunately, the request was cancelled multiple times before eventually being processed after two weeks. Despite this, I have yet to receive a refund to my account. Additionally, I am unable to locate the order in the "Your Orders" section, leading to a loss of essential order details. After doing a factory reset on my phone, I lost the password to my account which was saved in it. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset the password because it's linked to an old email address that I can no longer access. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I managed to answer all security questions except for the date of my last prime membership payment. Despite my efforts to find this information during the call, I couldn't locate it. The representative informed me that they couldn't assist me further. I have been a loyal prime member and have made several purchases on Amazon. If I am unable to regain access to my account, my only option might be to contact my bank to cease any future payments to Amazon since I can't use the service without access.

I can sign in to Amazon from one computer but not the other, which is the one I prefer to use. After entering my ID and password, it prompts me for an OTP without offering the choice of where to send it. I typically receive OTPs via email, but it's not letting me select that option. I don't own a cell phone, only a landline. I've tried restarting the computer but it hasn't resolved the issue. I'm hesitant to change my password as I fear losing access to both computers. I completed an order today on the working computer but still can't log in on the other one.

I placed an order on Thursday, July 29th for delivery on Saturday, July 31st. The delivery time kept changing from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm, then 10:00 pm. The carrier ultimately took the package back without informing me. I requested a Sunday delivery, and my account indicated it was rescheduled for delivery between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. However, when I called on Sunday, August 1st, they said it wouldn't arrive until Monday, August 2nd. This is the fifth time I've encountered issues with deliveries from this company. 1) I previously ordered water, which was mistakenly shipped to New York instead of California. They claimed I refused the delivery, thus I had to reorder, although I never received it. 2) Another delivery was left upstairs in an unmarked area, making it hard to find. 3) A replacement package was left in front of the wrong apartment. 4) A package left on the stairs could have been taken by anyone. 5) Earlier, a package was left outside despite my instructions not to do so. These repeated delivery problems are frustrating, as I rely on deliveries for heavy or uncommon items and prefer not to hunt for misplaced packages. It's crucial that delivery personnel are familiar with the area and prioritize delivering to the correct recipient.

Amazon has taken it upon themselves to start sending and charging our account without authorization. Over a year ago, my husband ordered a few items from Arguson Farms using his email, and since then, we have been receiving a monthly shipment of powdered eggs. We did not request this subscription and I was shocked to see it continued even after I canceled it. Recently, they resumed sending it using my email without our consent. This unauthorized charge has gone on for over a year, and I demand a refund for the amount taken from our account. I am frustrated by this situation and want it to stop immediately. Please refrain from sending the powdered eggs and return the funds you have taken.

I purchased a Roku device from Amazon, but it began malfunctioning. Firstly, it would not start and displayed a red light, only turning green after some time. I purchased an Eagle Peak product that arrived damaged with two broken metal pieces. I paid extra for expedited shipping, amounting to $[redacted].69. Amazon issued a refund of $[redacted].95 as a gift card instead of returning it to the original payment method. They have repeatedly contacted Eagle Peak for the $[redacted].69 refund. I have expressed my preference for the money to be refunded to the card used for the purchase. I engaged with customer service representatives named INAM, Dona, and Simz in South Africa but to no avail. I have reached out to them at [redacted] without success. I am adamant about not wanting a gift card and simply wish to receive my $[redacted].95 back instead of the $[redacted].69. I find this situation frustrating and if not resolved, I will refrain from further purchases. I kindly urge Amazon to honor my request and return my money promptly.

About a year ago, my Amazon account got locked due to suspicious activity. However, I only used it for reading on my Kindle devices, never made purchases. Despite contacting customer service and explaining that I was hacked, my account remains inaccessible. I have many books and PDF/mobi files stored there. I am frustrated with the repeated assurances to remove the suspicious activity and unlock my account within 2 business days, which has not happened after a year. The recent email from Amazon further adds to my frustration as I feel I am getting the runaround for a situation I did not cause.

On May 6, [redacted], I made a purchase and while reviewing my order details, I discovered a JJC Cold Shoe Adapter for a camcorder that was charged to my account even though I didn't order or receive it. I need the $9.99 refunded. This incident has prompted me to check all my Amazon orders for unauthorized purchases over the last few years as we've been receiving items we didn't order for about six months now. I'm considering closing my account and starting a new one to prevent further issues. If that's not possible, could we open an account under my husband's name?

About a year ago, my Amazon account was locked due to suspicious activity, which I found strange as I only used it for reading on my Kindle devices. Since then, I have been unable to access my account despite contacting customer service multiple times. I have explained that I was hacked, did not input any billing info, and do not have debit or credit cards linked to the account. Each time I reach out, I am told to remove the suspicious activity and wait for 2 business days to regain access, but it has been a year with no resolution. Today, I received another email from Amazon, and I am frustrated with the ongoing runaround when I have not done anything wrong.

I recently received my package, which had been mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, along with another package, and given to a child by the delivery driver. Unfortunately, the package had been tampered with, and the contents were missing. When the child's father brought the package to my house, he noticed it was open and empty. It seems like someone had taken the charging cords from it. I reside in Guatemala and have been unsuccessful in resolving this for two months, as the confirmation is being sent to a stolen phone. I recently made a purchase of two pallets on sale and have been experiencing issues with the delivery. After reaching out, I received a response from BETTY, who I suspect is not a legitimate representative, claiming that my order had already been delivered. Subsequently, when I followed up on this stating that I had not received the products, I was advised to contact the post office. Despite being provided with an order number and a tracking number, the post office informed me that the tracking numbers did not match their format. I have not been able to trace the whereabouts of my order with any of the companies I contacted.
