I am frustrated with the lack of direct email contact for customer service on your website. The options available seem more like a barrier to prevent too many inquiries rather than actual customer service. Today, once again, a delivery person left my package in a common area accessible to [redacted] apartments. I only found out because Alexa informed me of the delivery. Despite the order stating it was left in a "secure place," with so many people having access, it does not feel secure at all. My apartment is just 80 steps from the front door, and I expect packages to be delivered to my door as I pay for the service. This is the fourth time I have raised this issue with customer service. I have received no response from the delivery company when I reached out before. At this point, I am questioning the value of my Prime membership due to the subpar delivery service and the apparent lack of concern from Amazon. It is disappointing that there has been no reply to my previous messages. Myrna P. "life is a do it yourself project"

I have reached out to three different Amazon representatives since December 24, [redacted]. Each time, I've had to explain my situation again. My Amazon account was hacked, and the email address was changed to "[redacted]" from "[redacted]". When I tried to log in, Amazon informed me that my actual email address isn't linked to any account. Fortunately, no unauthorized purchases were made, but I believe the hacker may have used it for "Prime Video" or "Amazon Music." First, I contacted Amazon on December 29, [redacted]. They assured me the Online Security Team would resolve it within a week, but nothing happened. Subsequently, on January 7, [redacted], another representative mentioned creating a ticket and waiting a few weeks for an email, which never arrived. On January 25, [redacted], the third representative mentioned my case was closed by the Online Security Team, claiming they had emailed me and fixed the issue. Unfortunately, I received no such email, and I am still locked out of my account. After another promise of submitting a new ticket, I was told to wait 24-48 hours, which yielded no results. I diligently check both my Inbox and Spam folder for any updates on [redacted] Can someone please assist me? Your help is greatly appreciated! :)

Dear Amazon Customer Service Billing Department, I have been trying to contact you several times regarding charges on my bank account from Audible. I noticed these charges on multiple accounts, one being [redacted] that doesn't show any transactions, and another one [redacted] I may have additional accounts, but I cannot access them due to forgotten passwords. I have attached copies of the bank statements containing the charges for your reference. I did not sign up for this service and would like a refund. My name is Cindy O'Brien, and you can reach me at [redacted]. Additionally, on my frozencubes22 account, I noticed charges for Amazon Prime at $14, but I am registered with an EBT card, so I believe I should be charged $5.99 instead. I appreciate your assistance, and I have documentation for all the charges. Thank you.

Good day. I am having trouble making purchases on Amazon. The password I have been using for years is no longer being accepted. I have tried to change it multiple times, but it keeps getting rejected. When I tried the passwords that were suggested, it would still say they were incorrect. At some point, I had to verify numbers to prove I am not a robot. It used to be so simple with just one click to make a purchase. Is there a way to shop without having to sign up? I ended up having to go to eBay to buy a USB drive. There used to be a customer service representative who would explain how to solve the issue over the phone. I tried to contact customer support, but they required my password. Unfortunately, none of the many passwords I tried changing were accepted.

I need to return multiple orders. I planned to send them back on January 29th, 30th, and 31st. However, I had a doctor's appointment on January 29th and was advised to rest entirely from the 29th to the 31st, as I have an emergency surgery scheduled on February 1st, [redacted]. I will need about three to four weeks to recover post-surgery. Can I please extend the return deadline to March 1st, [redacted]? I'm a frequent shopper on AMAZON, relying on it for all my Christmas shopping and personal purchases. Sadly, I misplaced the return instructions and need assistance. Please accommodate my situation. Thank you, Jan E.

Hello, Recently, I've noticed a change in the way I can update my Subscribe & Save orders on the website. In the past, I could easily and quickly make modifications, but now, each change to an item results in the entire order being updated, causing delays of several minutes between adjustments. This extended waiting time can be frustrating when trying to make multiple changes to an order. I'm concerned about the impact this may have on customer satisfaction with the Subscribe & Save feature. I believe this issue may not be known to Amazon, as it has persisted for some time. I'm seeking clarification on the following: 1. Explanation of the current situation 2. Awareness of the problem by Amazon 3. Confirmation of efforts to resolve it 4. Expected timeline for a fix I appreciate any assistance regarding this matter. Thank you, Amy

Hello everyone, I am currently in Germany, making this situation a bit more challenging for me. My Amazon ID is [redacted], and I have accounts in the US, Germany, and Australia, all with the same credit cards linked to them. Yesterday, I made a purchase on Amazon.com using my German card and shortly after received a security alert regarding potential unauthorized account access. To secure my accounts, I changed my password, email, and credit card information. I also updated the shipping address to my own in the US. Despite these changes, this morning I received another alert of possible unauthorized access. I repeated the steps, removed and re-added the German card, and this time used my US debit card for the purchase, although I need the funds to be charged to my German card. I am puzzled as to what is causing this issue and seek urgent assistance to resolve it, ensuring my German card can be used as intended. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Shaun

I received an Apple iPhone 12 mini on January 26, [redacted]. Upon opening it the next day, I found 2 small scratches on the screen and 1 on the bottom. The item appeared used. I tried to return it via the Amazon app for 2 days to no avail. On January 29, [redacted], I called customer service. Ms. Pooja took my call, and after being on hold for 25 minutes, our conversation lasted 32 minutes and 43 seconds. I called again and spoke with Mr. Gyasu, who said my request was accepted and would be updated in the app within 24 hours, but there has been no progress. Additionally, the touch screen has issues as it does not always respond during calls, missing 2 out of 5. I am now at my work location and request a pickup of the phone at Shriram General Insurance Company Ltd, E-8, EPIP, RIICO Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan - [redacted]. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted].

I recently experienced an unusual situation with my last two Amazon orders. They were split into separate packages, which arrived in Walmart boxes and envelopes. Seeing Walmart branding was confusing because I hadn't ordered from them. When I opened the packages, I found they were actually from Amazon, but the external packaging was misleading. The return label showed they were shipped from Greenville, Indiana. I'm unsure if this is standard practice or a mix-up. It raised concerns about my information's security when a competitor's branding was used without Amazon's acknowledgment. I wanted to bring this to Amazon's attention for clarification and to ensure my privacy isn't compromised.

I recently received an email from Amazon regarding a security alert about an attempt to access my account data. The email provided some helpful links for common questions about orders, items, and gift certificates. I can visit my account on the Amazon website to update information or modify orders as needed. In case of further queries, I can search the Amazon help section or contact customer service. The security alert email mentioned the date, time, device, and location of the access attempt and included a link for me to either approve or deny the attempt. If unfamiliar with the link, it's suggested to copy and paste it directly into the browser for safety.

My Amazon order for the Brita Ultra Max water filter, order number [redacted]-[redacted], was not delivered according to my instructions. The delivery photo shows it placed on the 1st floor near mailboxes, despite requesting delivery to my apartment door on the 3rd floor. Moreover, the photo indicates it was left in the wrong building's hallway. To avoid future mishaps, I am requesting a refund for the item. Thank you, Edwin Thomas K. III

I recently bought a sweater on Amazon, using a $14.88 gift card balance, which didn't cover the full $32.98 cost, leaving a $20.41 remaining balance. However, I can't find where to add another payment method to cover the rest. The delivery is set for Saturday but no payment details were requested. I attempted Live Chat, but couldn't get help with this issue. Frustrated by the lack of payment options. Thank you for any guidance.

I recently received an email from Amazon stating that an item I ordered on December 9th has been cancelled because the seller did not ship it within 30 days. I was expecting the item to arrive this month and the seller assured me it would be shipped as soon as it reached them from Europe. This was a gift for my son’s motorcycle. I wish Amazon had consulted me before cancelling the order. Despite their policy, I believe customers should be given the option to decide. I have been a loyal Amazon customer, particularly during the pandemic, and I am disappointed by this situation.

Order Date: October 29, [redacted]. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I initiated a return for an item and UPS scanned the shipping label provided by Amazon before returning it. After UPS handled the return, I received a refund. However, Amazon contacted me to say they did not receive the item and charged me for it on February 1, [redacted]. I wonder if there is a way to track the package through UPS using the shipping number from Amazon. I believe I fulfilled my part by handing the item to UPS with the provided label, and the issue may be with UPS. This is the first problem I have encountered in all my years of being a customer. It doesn't seem right to be billed for an item that was clearly sent back. Best regards, P. Cox

Dear, I am upset and worried about this cancellation issue. On January 17, [redacted], I was charged $[redacted].[redacted] with authorization number [redacted], then I received a confirmation email mentioning the cancellation of Huawei earphones but was only refunded for a mask and Ticwatchpro watch strap totaling $51.[redacted]. Now, I am being charged $[redacted].[redacted] again on January 23, [redacted], with authorization number [redacted]. Furthermore, another charge of $[redacted].[redacted] was made today, January 29, [redacted], with authorization number [redacted]. I urgently need this issue resolved. I always pay extra for faster shipping, but the delivery times are not being respected by you, and I am not getting what I paid for. I am prepared to take legal action for this negligence. Another charge of $[redacted].[redacted] was made on my card ending in [redacted] on February 4, [redacted]. Please refund this money promptly as these repeated charges are causing financial issues for me. I have attached a photo of the cancellation for your reference. Sincerely,

I recently purchased multiple boxes of KN95 face masks. Despite the description and images stating individual packaging, I received a different brand of masks grouped in sets of 10. Additionally, one set was not even in a box but in a plastic bag, which made me concerned about the item's security, leading me to discard them immediately. For safety reasons, I request a refund as I will not be returning the items. I also wish to lodge a formal complaint against the vendor to remove the misleading advertisement. I am disappointed with the service provided, especially with such critical items at this time. I am unable to contact customer support through Amazon as easily as before, which adds to the frustration. Order Number: PEDIDO N.º [redacted]-[redacted] Total: [redacted].8 Mexican pesos

On Sunday, January 31, [redacted], an Amazon delivery driver was involved in an accident where a dark-colored vehicle hit them. The police were informed by a witness who saw a truck matching mine in the driveway, which led to the accusation of a hit-and-run. I want to clear my name as I did not drive that day, and I am the sole driver. The driver was not able to identify the vehicle clearly, only mentioning it was dark-colored. I have spoken with the police, but I would like to gather more information regarding the delivery address, where the Amazon vehicle was parked during the delivery, and the direction the vehicle left the scene. Could someone guide me on how to contact Southbend, Indiana logistics regarding this issue? Thank you. - Jason
