Order Date: Oct **th, ****. Order * ***-*******-********I requested to return this item, I received a shipping label from Amazon which was scanned by UPS and returned by them. Once turned over to UPS I was issued a refund. I recently received an email from Amazon saying they had not received the item and that I was to be recharged for it and indeed I was on Feb *st, ****. Is there no way to track this package through UPS using the shipping number provided by Amazon? Seems I fulfilled my obligation of turning it over to UPS with Amazon's shipping label and that the fault lies with UPS This is the first issue I have ever had in my years of dealing with your company. Seems unfair to be charged for an item that was obviously returned.*Sincerely - Peter Cox
