Hello, my name is Ms. Johnson-Sargent. I received a call on Saturday, January 2, [redacted], around 11 a.m. (CST) from someone claiming to be Amazon, stating that my account was compromised. Unfortunately, I followed their instructions and ended up purchasing codes through an app on my phone, using my debit card. Later, when I tried to use my card at the nail salon, it was declined, and I discovered that I had been charged twice for the Xbox codes. I now realize it was a scam and deeply regret falling for it. I purchased two track packs for Cozmo and a space for Vector Robot on December 24th, totaling three items. I only received one pack yesterday, which included the space for Vector and a 100ml Olaplex No. 6 cream. Initially, I thought the cream was a bonus gift, but upon checking, I realized one track pack was missing. I contacted the seller, who mentioned it was sent from the Amazon warehouse. They advised me to reach out to customer service to resolve the issue. Based on my friends' past experiences, I have some questions on how to proceed. Should I return all three items or just the incorrect one? I am considering marking the track pack I want to return the cream instead. Is this acceptable for a refund, and what items should I send back to receive the correct order? I am new to dealing with Amazon in this way and would appreciate any guidance or assistance.

As an Amazon customer eligible for free shipping, I recently received letters indicating issues with my account, preventing me from placing orders without explanation. Regrettably, my credit card details were compromised due to a scam. At 80 years old, confusing situations like these are overwhelming. I have tried to resolve this by closing accounts, updating card details, and obtaining a new Visa card. I have also reset my Amazon password and changed my payment information. Despite this, when attempting to purchase three items, I am being prompted to check out as a guest without free shipping. I am at a loss for what to do next and seek assistance in restoring my account to its previous state. Thank you for your help.

I recently tried to purchase the *TransTint Dyes, Red Mahogany* from Prime Tools on Amazon and received a message stating it can't be delivered due to being classified as hazardous material. This is a new issue for me, as I've never encountered it before with Amazon. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Amazon customer service but have not found a solution. The strange part is that when I also tried to order the *Hoppe's No. 9 Cleaning Kit with Aluminum Rod, .44/.45 Pistol* from Blue Coop, I received the same message. I typically receive orders from Amazon regularly without any problems, so I'm puzzled by this issue. I need help understanding why this is happening and how to resolve it. Thank you. ...Jim

I purchased a pair of sunglasses, but they are too large. The card with the product promised a free exchange or full refund without needing to return the item if not completely satisfied. I tried contacting the company via email with no success and reached out to Amazon customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, after struggling with communication due to language barriers, I was abruptly disconnected twice. Eventually, after explaining my situation multiple times, I was informed that I needed to return the glasses for a refund, contradicting the information on the card. As a military officer, the issue is that the glasses are too big and heavy for field use, unlike what was pictured. I value the principle of the matter more than the money involved.

Order #[redacted] has been approved by the seller for me to return the item. However, the seller is requesting that I pay for the shipping back to China. When I initially purchased the item from Amazon, I paid $9.97 for shipping on top of the $39.99 product cost. I was unaware that the item was being shipped from China as I thought I was ordering from an American company. Research indicates that to return the item to China with a tracking number, it would cost around $34.87 for priority shipping. This situation is unjust as I would end up paying more than the product's cost just for return shipping. It is unacceptable for me to bear the cost of returning a defective product. This practice does not align with fair business standards.

As an Amazon Prime member, I recently ordered an Electrolux front-loading washer through Amazon with order number 11-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the washer arrived damaged, and it was returned to the delivery company, AMtracking. They advised me to contact the original company, Cyber Savings, regarding the issue. I spoke with a representative named Fredy from Cyber Savings, who was exceptionally unhelpful and rude during the 1 hour and 45 minutes call. This unpleasant experience is unlike any others I've had with Amazon purchases. I requested a refund for the $[redacted] spent, as I am now without a washer. Many attempts to purchase the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren 5G, clear case, and screen protector have been unsuccessful due to an "account verification" problem. Initially, using my Mastercard debit card with my first account, I reached out to Amazon who suggested creating a new account (second account), and although I received an order confirmation number, the account was then placed on hold. Subsequently, with my WF account and Visa debit card, the same verification issue occurred. On the fourth try using my GC account, purchasing gift cards was successful, but after uploading them, I encountered the same verification problem. I have submitted required documentation but remain locked out of the account without the option to provide further details. I acknowledge my oversight in not updating my phone number with the bank and failing to activate the new card sent to me, leading to the account lockout with $[redacted] in cash gift cards. I have since updated my information and am seeking either the product or a refund.

I recently received a call from my bank regarding a suspicious transaction of $[redacted] to WholesomeVariance, which I didn't recognize. When I visited the bank, they mentioned a possible Amazon order on 12/24/20 that could be a Free Trial offer leading to a full charge if not returned within 14 days. I've checked my records but couldn't find any relevant order or Free Trial. Unfortunately, I don't have my Amazon account number on hand. My details are as follows: Betty June W. at [redacted] N. I recently received a suspicious verification from Amazon Prime regarding a laptop order I didn't make. After calling the provided number and realizing it was a scam, my Amazon account got locked. I'm considering opening a new account due to feeling unsafe. The scammers confused me into attempting a password change since I couldn't remember it. I need to return a Walabot for a refund to my credit card. When I originally received it, the device worked fine, but it stopped working after some use. Amazon authorized the return and provided instructions and a code. However, I would prefer a standard shipping label from Amazon to return the Walabot to a nearby UPS location, as the return location in Toledo, OH is far from my current address.

I placed an order on January 6th, and even though I received a delivery notice today, January 8th, stating that the item had arrived, it has not. Strangely, another item I ordered at the same time and of similar size was delivered today. The tracking number shown for both packages was the same. The photo I received of the delivered item matches the one I received, but the photo of the undelivered item shows part of my porch without the package. I am frustrated with Amazon's customer service. I placed an order for a blanket scheduled to arrive tomorrow, a crucial item as I have a sick relative coming to stay with me after leaving the hospital. The representatives I chatted with had difficulty with English. When I requested a U.S. phone number, the response was unhelpful. Speaking with a representative named Ron, he refused to assist and hung up when I asked for his last name. This experience is a first as a loyal Prime member. I rely on Amazon for orders, yet now I'm left without the necessary item due to them not honoring the delivery date. With the current situation in California, going to buy a replacement is risky. Despite my regular orders, Amazon's customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I simply want my confirmed order to arrive as scheduled. I have been unable to access my Amazon account for a month now because of an incorrect order for 1,[redacted] euros. I noticed unauthorized charges from Amazon Digital on my PayPal account. This has happened repeatedly, and previous attempts to dispute the charges were unsuccessful. My family's devices, including my children's tablets, have parental controls preventing any Amazon store purchases. The recent charges, such as $[redacted].99 on 12/31/[redacted], $2.11 on 12/31/[redacted], $4.23 on 12/31/[redacted], and $3.17 on 12/21/[redacted], were not authorized by me or anyone in my household. The only recent purchase was a $1.05 Roblox transaction, which I made. I would appreciate a refund for these unauthorized charges. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Amazon Prime a débité 49 € de notre compte de manière abusive. Nous avons passé une commande sans souscrire à un abonnement. Faire un achat ne devrait pas entraîner d'autres engagements. Cette pratique va à l'encontre des règles commerciales et est inacceptable. Cet incident est considéré comme une exploitation financière et ne donne pas envie de recommander ce site. After contacting Amazon about my return, I keep receiving a message stating the waybill hasn't been activated and is not in DHL's system. Could someone from Amazon please email me urgently? I bought an Amazon gift card at the store using my Master debit card. However, when I tried to use the gift card, my account rejected it and locked me out. Amazon requested a picture of the receipt, which I provided. Now, my account status shows "more information needed" and prompts me to check my email. Upon checking my email, I am instructed to log into my Amazon account. But when I log in, my account tells me to check my email again.

Due to Amazon Web Services joining other companies in discontinuing services for Parler, I have chosen to end my association with Amazon. I have canceled my subscriptions, removed my credit cards, and my family members have uninstalled the app. I, along with many friends, spend a significant amount annually with Amazon, but I cannot support a company that suppresses opposing viewpoints. This decision was difficult as I appreciated the company, its products, and my Prime membership. I believe it's crucial to halt this culture of cancellation as it creates division rather than unity.
