Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with an Amazon parcel that was mistakenly delivered to my address. The parcel, with reference number JOEYCO [redacted]59, was meant for Phil Delle Palme at [redacted] Meadowcreek Cir. K2M 0J9, not my address at [redacted] Meadowbreeze Dr. K2M 2T4. I have tried to contact JOEYCO without success as their phone system is not functioning, and emails to <[redacted]> and <[redacted]> have gone unanswered. Even reaching out to Phil Delle Palme directly at [redacted] did not yield any results. I have left the parcel outside on my bench in the hopes that it can find its way to the correct recipient. Regarding order D01-[redacted]-[redacted], I recently purchased the Jackbox Party Pack 3, aiming for the Firestick version. However, after buying it via Amazon, I discovered that I mistakenly acquired the version for Windows and Mac platforms instead. The charge was $16.24, excluding taxes. When attempting to install, I realized it required Steam, not the Fire TV version. To rectify this, I visited the Jackbox website, selected the PC download, but it redirected me to Steam, priced at $18.11 prior to taxes. This was not my intended purchase. I am seeking assistance to obtain the correct Firestick version to resolve this matter promptly.

Hello! I bought two $70 Nintendo e-shop digital gift cards for my grandsons, along with two $10 cards. The $10 cards redeemed without any issues, but the $70 ones stated they were already in use. I downloaded the receipt for all the cards simultaneously. How can I resolve this issue to ensure the $70 gift cards are usable for the boys? Thank you.

I recently paid to remove ads from my Fire HD 10 (9th gen) tablet's lock screen, but the ads are still present even after attempting various troubleshooting steps such as updating the device, payment method, and restarting it. Upon checking my account, I found a message stating "special offers turn off in progress may take up to 24 hours," but it has been over 48 hours now and the issue persists.

I attempted to purchase hemp cream and Depends recently but canceled all orders multiple times due to unauthorized charges on my Capital One credit card from a specific dealer. I asked Capital One to freeze my account for safety reasons. They have locked it until Amazon contacts them and removes the five pending charges from my account. I need assistance with returning 3 items via UPS. I visited the UPS store twice, traveling about 60 miles in total, but the UPS manager was unable to process the return due to issues with passwords and email addresses. I am not concerned about these details now. Please provide me with the return information required for the items. I have been locked out of my account for over a week now! I noticed two fraudulent charges totaling $30. I need assistance to regain access to my Amazon account. The issue has affected my access to Facebook, Amazon, and my regular games. My repeated attempts to log in by guessing passwords may have caused some of these issues. It seems like my Kindle is not functioning properly. If I reset it to factory settings and create new accounts, will I lose my Prime membership, game points, contacts, and apps?

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] I only received half of my order, and the items I did get were damaged. After speaking with customer service, they mentioned refunding me for the missing parts and giving me a 35% refund for the damaged item. However, it's been over a week, and now I'm being asked to return the damaged parts that are already installed on my truck due to a mistake in the shipping process. The shipping department messed up by sending the damaged part initially, and the second half of the order got lost by the shipping contractor. I have contacted Westin customer service, the shipping contractor, and Amazon customer service multiple times, but the situation is still unresolved. Considering the inconvenience and the parts that are missing with no immediate solution, I believe a full refund is warranted.

I am having difficulty accessing my Amazon account due to the verification process requiring a code to be sent to an old phone number. I would appreciate a more convenient way to verify my identity or update my contact information without facing this issue repeatedly. Good morning, I am a Spanish student currently studying this semester in Italy on an Erasmus scholarship. Upon my arrival here, I needed to create an Amazon Prime account on amazon.it. I am writing to inform you that two days ago, on Saturday the 26th, I received an email stating that my order was placed. I had not made any orders in the past two weeks, and I noticed that a purchase of two gift cards totaling [redacted] euros (50 euros each) had been made and charged to my account. I did not authorize this purchase, and I am unsure why this transaction occurred. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. Following this incident, both my accounts in Spain and Italy were canceled by Amazon. Hello, I subscribed to Amazon Prime annually around July. Now in December, I am facing issues. It says I have an annual subscription, but I got charged €36 for the monthly subscription as well. So, €36 plus €3.99 every month. I don't understand how this happened. Now, I can't afford the monthly fee on my card. I signed up for the annual subscription, not the monthly one.

On the 15th of December, I ordered a DJ book and received gloves instead of the kitten toilet I had expected from Amazon. The item I received had the wrong name, and I have been unable to get the kitten toilet despite contacting them repeatedly. Every time I reach out, they mention that the payment was made through a specific method but I have still not received my refund. I am also unable to find Amazon's customer care number. I received a call from someone claiming to be from your company, Jim McWilliams, regarding a suspicious $[redacted] charge on my Amazon account. When I called back, it was a personal cell number, not Amazon's. The number left was [redacted] with no area code. Please confirm if this call was legitimate by emailing me. If not, be cautious of such calls claiming to be from your company.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon for a game and some jelly beans. I selected to use my $50 Amazon gift card for payment, but it still attempted to charge my debit card. I received an email notification stating that there was an issue with the payment method and the payment couldn't be processed. The email mentioned that there will be another attempt in a few days, but I prefer not to have the money deducted from my bank account as I intended to use the gift card for this purchase. Thank you.

I recently received an email confirming the delivery of my order on 12-23-[redacted]. However, the package did not arrive as stated. I waited an extra day, but it was not delivered. I was present at home the entire day, and I did not hear any delivery attempts. I have already been charged for the item, and it has yet to be delivered. I urgently require the item by 1-02-[redacted]. Additionally, I attempted to contact customer service but was left on hold for 8 minutes.

Hello and Happy Holidays! I opened my account on December 4, [redacted], and successfully purchased a gift card from a friend on December 6, [redacted]. I topped up with 4 card numbers but only received the pin codes. When trying to place an order on December 6th, I encountered an issue where it said my password was incorrect while connected to my friend's wifi. I'm worried as a new Amazon user. I have experienced a recurring issue where items I buy reappear in my cart, causing me to unintentionally purchase duplicates. This has happened multiple times, with the most recent example being today. Yesterday, I bought insecticide concentrate, but upon logging in today, it was back in my cart. This almost led me to buy it again, thinking I had forgotten to do so previously. This glitch has become a problem, especially when wrapping gifts bought in advance.
